• technology updates (e. g. new browsers, new version of MS CRM) and
• functional updates
• patches.
The updates can be downloaded under "Downloads" and installed by the customer or partner.
Cost: 18 % of the sum of all licenses of a purchased add-on
Alternative to Software Assurance, updates can also be delivered for 60 % of the initial license provided the licenses of the previous versions have been purchased for a max. of 2 years before the update.

With the appearance of a new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
The functionality is already integrated with the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The expected demand for the add-on in the new release is not commensurate with the costs of further development
Consequence: Cybersystems will patch the add-on in the current version for a period of one year following the release of a new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
